| Abstract: | This paper attempts to re-examine the chronological life of Yang Xiong(53 BC-18 AD),a distinguished Han poet and Confucianist philosopher.The book A Chronological Life of Yang Xiong aims at a re-investigation of Yang's life story and writings and an in-depth examination of some political and social events in his time in an effort to provide fuller and more accurate background information on contemporary studies of Yang Xiong. |
