| 摘 要： | 论文基于非合作博弈的纳什均衡,提出了多方博弈中的个体理性与集体理性之间的关系,指出在城市交通规划和交通行为的选择上,在综合运输体系的建设和发展方面应当高度重视给予合作博弈的个体理性与集体理性之间的关系.在城市交通运输方面,通过交通规划和城市交通政策使个体行为集合而成的集体行动应当趋向公共交通,提高城市交通的整体效率.

| Abstract: | Based on Nash equilibrium of non-cooperative game,this paper proposes the relationship between individual rationality and collective rationality in the multi-player game and points out that great importance should be attached to this relationship in the choice of traffic planning and traffic behavior.In the urban transport,collective action assembled by individual actions through traffic planning and urban transport policy should turn to the public traffic. |
