农民工权益保障与政府责任

随着我国城市化步伐的加快,农民工成为一种新的社会阶层。农民工为城市和社会发展做出了巨大的贡献,但其政治、经济、社会等方面的合法权益仍然不能得受到很好的保护,而农民工作为弱势群体很难有力地维护自身权益。农民工权益保障问题与政府职责不无关系,政府对该问题负有不可推卸的责任。因此,政府应该改变固有意识,完善法治建设,改变二元户籍制度,并使农民工及其子女能够获得必要的教育,从而在根本上保证每个公民能够共享改革开放的发展成果。

The Migrant Workers' Rights Guaranteeing and Government Responsibility

With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization in China,migrant workers into a new social class.Migrant workers has made great contributions for urban development,but their political,economic,social and other legitimate rights and interests against the different degrees,while the farmers work hard for the vulnerable groups to protect their interests effectively.Guarantee of the rights of migrant workers is not unconnected with the government,the government should bear the necessary responsibility for the problem.Therefore,the government should change its intrinsic awareness,improve the rule of law,to change the dual household registration system,and to migrant workers and their children have access to the necessary education,the fundamental guarantee for every citizen to share the development achievements of reform and opening up.
