Writing as the Approach to Imperceptible-Becoming --A Study of the Motivation of Samuel Beckett's Novel Writing

This paper is intended to explore the artistic pursuit of Samuel Beckett in his novel writing by means of the concept of“becoming”elaborated by French Philosophers Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari.It holds that he manages to convey,via anti_fiction,philosophical ideas of pursuing the void,which he claims to be the ultimate truth, and writing is the means of his imperceptible_becoming.With the detailed reading of his masterpieces,the correspondence is drawn between the artistic means he adopts and the intended thematic significances of his novels.
