| 摘 要： | 中国股市为我国社会主义现代化建设和市场经济体制建设作出了不可磨灭的历史贡献,但目前已经陷入由制度设计失败和政策失误导致的危机之中,必须正视股市危机的现实;发展中国股市必须坚持从实际出发、实事求是的原则;必须反对左的思想和行为的干扰,反对生搬硬套、食洋不化的行为,反对官僚主义对完善股市制度建设和投资人利益的漠视.

| Abstract: | Though China stock market has made some historical contributions to national socialist development and market economy system construction,it has got into crises caused by inconsiderable system design and policy misplay. Therefore China stock market progress must adhere the principle of starting with actual practice with down to earth spirit, must oppose the interferes from,left-hand idea and behaviors,must oppose mechanical application of western theories,must oppose bureaucracy disregard about stock market system construction and improvement, and investors' benefit. |
