| 摘 要： | 中华传统和合文化中涉及国家间关系的主要思想是“和平”、“合作”、“信义”。中华传统和合文化在晚清政府外交思想中的传承是:从第一次鸦片战争到中法战争,表现为“天朝大国”的以“抚”为特征的恩威兼施;从中法战争到中日甲午战争,表现为以“信”来“保全和局”;从中日甲午战争到八国联军入侵,表现为借助列强之力维持和平;从八国联军战争到辛亥革命,表现为“委屈求和”。中华传统和合文化在民国政府外交思想中的传承是:从广东国民政府到南京国民政府以三民主义思想为主导;从南京政府成立到“七七事变”,表现为对日妥协有“度”以及努力促和;从“七七事变”到抗战结束,表现为立足于战争,不放弃和平,并以“信”求和。中华传统和合文化在中华人民共和国外交思想中得到了很好传承。

| Abstract: | The main thought of international relation to which Chinese traditional "peace and cooperation" culture is related is "peace","cooperation","faith".The paper thinks the "peace and cooperation" culture enjoys longer historical and cultural background.To a certain extent,the diplomatic thought of late Qing dynasty Government,Guomindang Government and that of the PRC are transmitted to the culture. |
