摘    要:微博作为一种新型的舆论传播工具和重要的信息传播渠道,因其快速和便捷的特点成为政府和民众沟通的重要平台,在政府的各类公共危机事件中,发挥越来越重要的作用.在危机前、危机中和危机后,政府都可以借用微博进行舆情监测、民众沟通和形象修复,从而获得危机公关的胜利

Abstract:Microblog,as a new tool for public opinion propagation as well as an important channel for information dissemination,has turned out to be an important communication platform between government and the people due to its rapid and convenient features.Microblogs are playing an increasingly important role in the various events of government’s public crisis.Before,during or after the crisis,the government can use microblog for public opinion monitoring,public communication and image restoration so as to obtain the victory of public relations in crisis.
