| 摘 要： | 《郭店楚墓竹简》出版至今已有10年，其中的《太一生水》由于行文别致、论证生动一直备受学界专家关注，就其学派归属问题曾有颇多争议，至今仍未达成一致。本文以此为论题，先辅以图形简要解说《太一生水》的内容，后采用文献对比的方法具体论证《太一生水》的思想，最后将《太一生水》归类为道家。
