| 摘 要： | 文章从国家节能减排的政策导向、市场前景、四川天然气汽车产业已形成的竞争力、发展中的问题、政府制定关联政策的有效性等方面,对把四川天然气汽车产业做强做大,甚至做成四川未来的一个支柱产业进行了系统、深入的实证性分析.并在此分析的基础上,围绕四川天然气汽车产业的发展战略的调整提出了四方面的建议:在目标上,要把四川天然气汽车产业发展成一个四川省的支柱产业;省政府要采取以发展市场推动该产业的发展战略,制定相应的主要政策法规;政府应促进、鼓励省内有竞争力的企业或集团,以战略合作的方式迅速完善其产业链,形成强大的集团,同时,鼓励支持企业技术创新,形成企业、产业核心竞争力;政府要适时利用国内外不断成熟的碳排放市场,获取资金与技术,推动四川天然气汽车产业不断壮大.
