论汉代国家宗教中的君权与神权

汉代的国家宗教,是通过对由来已久的宗法性传统宗教进行儒学化改造而建立起来的。所谓儒学化改造,大致包括对儒家经典的吸收、置立五经博士、重建国家祀典等方面。这些改造虽然是儒学化的,但值得注意的则是渗透在其中的君权力量,君权在其中起着支配性的作用。

On the Regality and Divine Right in the State Religion of Han Dynasty

The state religion in Han dynasty was founded by reforming the traditional religion of the longstanding patriarchal clan system with Confucianism. This religious reform involved absorbing the Confucian classics, establishing court academician of Confucian classics and reestablishing sacrificial rites of the state, and so on. It is worth noticing that, though the reform had been accomplished with Confucianism, the monarchical power had played a dominant role in the reform.
