| 摘 要： | 资产证券化具有巧妙的风险管理机制和降低融资成本的金融功能,供应链金融具有独特的资产风险控制机制。针对我国中小企业基础资产普遍低于可证券化标准的现状,提出在供应链环境下,借鉴供应链金融的风险控制原理,对基础资产实施强监管模式来建立资产池,尝试实现一种中小企业资产证券化的创新模式。

| Abstract: | Asset - backed security has flexible risk management mechanism and lower financing cost, but sup- ply chain finance has a unique asset risk control mechanism. Considering that the underlying assets of SMEs can scarcely reach the standard of securitization, this study proposes an innovative model for SMEs＇ asset - backed seeu- ritization where the asset pool can be built with underlying assets under effective supervision, inspired by the risk control principles of supply chain finance under the supply chain circumstance. |
