论"向北发展、向南防御"战略方针形成的原因

半个世纪前,在中国历史最为关健的时刻,以刘少奇为代表的中国共产党人,纵观世界和中国战争风云的变幻,顺应时代的发展需要,及时地提出了决定中国前途和命运的“向北发展、向南防御”的伟大决策。这个决策的形成,主要原因有抗战胜利后美苏对华的策略、中国国内政局的多变和东北特殊的战略地位等三方面,为三大战役和中国新民主主义革命的胜利奠定了坚实的基础。

On the Factors of the Strategic Policy of "Expanding to the North and Taking Defense in the South"

Half a century ago,at the critical moment of China's history,represented by Liu Shao-qi,the communist party proposed the great strategic policy of "Expanding to the North and Taking Defense in the South" which decided the future of China.The reason that the party made such a policy lied in the factors of America's and Soviet Union's policies toward China after the Anti-Japanese War,China's interior situation and the special strategic position of the Northeast.This great policy laid a solid foundation for the victory of the Three Battles and the New Democratic Revolution of China.
