| 摘 要： | 城市生活垃圾的优化处理,关系着一个城市的和谐健康发展,影响着我国的城市化进程。我国目前的城市生活垃圾处理中存在的问题主要是:缺乏竞争,垃圾处理的成本过高;资金缺乏,垃圾处理能力弱;技术落后,遗留隐患大。以美国凤凰城的垃圾处理市场化为例,并对垃圾处理业务的市场化和政府供给模式进行了效率比较,得出我国目前处理城市垃圾要走公私合作的道路,提出几种符合我国国情的公私合作的垃圾处理模式。

| Abstract: | The optimized treatment of city's domestic rubbish concerns a city's harmony and sound development,and also holds up our country's urbanization.At present,the main problems existing in the city's domestic rubbish treatment are:competition scarce,high cost,fund scarce,low capability of rubbish treating,outdated technology,serious hidden peril.This article introduces the American Phoenix's rubbish treatment,and compare the efficiency between Marketization and government supply mode,which shows that we should use the mode of cooperating public and privatization.At last,this article offers several modes that suit for our country's city rubbish treating. |
