| 摘 要： | 为研究以教育视角解决道路交通安全问题,分析了中国道路交通安全现状和道路交通安全问题产生的原因,探讨了国民素质和教育因素对道路交通安全的影响,提出要从提高国民素质的高度看待道路交通安全教育,自觉地把道路交通安全教育与国民素质教育相结合,建立道路交通安全教育长效机制。要借鉴国外开展交通安全教育的成功经验,拓宽道路交通安全教育的渠道。
