| 摘 要： | 为争取有利于我国和平发展的外部环境，我们党和政府创造性地提出了和谐外交的新思路。和谐外交是中国传统和谐思想与现代互利共赢观念相结合的产物，它以构建和谐世界为根本理念，积极开展灵活的多元外交，坚持走和平发展的道路，以合作谋和平，以合作促发展。

| Abstract: | To strive for peaceful development of the external environment, our party and government creatively puts forward the new idea of harmonious diplomacy. Harmonious diplomacy is a combination of traditional Chinese ideology of harmony and the modern win-win ideas. Based on its fundamental concept of building a harmonious world, China, insisting on the road of peaceful development, actively develops flexible multivariate diplomacy to seek peace and to promote development through cooperation. |
