当代发达资本主义经济新面孔的成因 :国家在经济生活中 ,起用宏观调控手段 ,并越来越突出其前瞻性、全面性、长期性和稳健性 ;空前的新科技革命 ,使发达国家的生产率大幅度提高 ,社会财富不断增加 ;经济全球化与产业结构调整升级的不断科技化和信息化 ;科学的创新管理是发达资本主义国家经济发展的诀窍 ;外资流入带来高收益。实质上发达资本主义社会的基本矛盾未变 ;经济周期依然存在 ,经济发展仍有风险隐患 ;劳动对资本的隶属关系进一步强化和隐蔽 ;资本主义经济在整体上还没有出现新现象 ;它的出现正是马克思《资本论》的应验和胜利

Research Into the Causes and Essence of the New Appearnce of Developed Capitalistic Economy

The causes of new appearsnce at contemporaneity of developedcaptalistic economy lie in five aspects.First,in the economic area,the state adjusts economy more and more anticipantly,persistently and stabler.Second,new science and technology revolution increases the productivity and social wealth highly.Third,econimic globalization and industrial structure adjustment accords to new science and information.Fourth,scientific and innovative managements are used to increase the economy. Finally, alien fund importation brings out high benifit.The essence is that the elementary contradiction of the developed capitalist is never changed,economic period exists which risks the ecomomy development.The labour submitting to capital is more reinforced and conceivable,the new phenomenon of capitalist economy does not exist at all. The new appearance of capitalistic economy was anticipated by Carl Max at his work of Theory of Capital.
