| Abstract: | The rising of new regionalism brings new contents for contemporary international relations. New regionalism is not only embody of a series of ideas, but also the practice of integration in regional levels. The cooperation of Northeast Asia offers great impetus for new regionalism, and the new regionalism also accelerates the process of institutionalization and integration of Northeast Asia cooperation. |
