| 摘 要： | 针对北京市面临的水资源与经济发展的矛盾,从水资源优化配置的角度出发,研究了在水资源约束条件下实现经济可持续稳定发展的问题。依据投入产出表中相关第二产业各行业的感应度系数和影响力系数,将其与各行业的万元GDP水耗进行聚类分析,探索了在水资源约束条件下产业内部结构的调整和优化,以实现北京市经济可持续发展和水资源优化配置的平衡,进而对不同产业的水资源配置的价格策略、定额和配额策略进行了实证分析,并提出了针对性的建议。
