| 摘 要： | 在按生产要素分配与按劳分配的结合中,怎样实现按生产要素分配与按劳分配的结合,怎样坚持和体现社会主义基本原则,是贯彻把"按劳分配与按生产要素分配结合起来"必须解决的重大课题。应首先搞清其结合的实质、具体方式和市场条件,在两者的结合中,要体现效率优先,兼顾公平的原则。

Some Questions on Distribution according to Production Factors and Distribution according to Work |

| Abstract: | In the combination of distribution according to production factors and distribution according to work, how to combine them together and how to stick to and embody the basic principle of the socialism is an important issue which must be solved. The essence, the methods and the market conditions must be clear. In the combination the priority should be given to efficiency and on this basis considering the fairness. |
