从文化的视角来解读荣辱观不仅有利于践行,而且能够从思想传统和现代精神的层面来加深认识,使全社会更加自觉地理解和弘扬."八荣八耻"提出的文化意义,就是用正确的、积极向上的荣辱观去引导人、培养人,去规范人的行为.社会主义荣辱观是传统精神的凝练,是新时期道德规范的提升与创新.社会上存在荣辱观颠倒现象其文化原因是中国传统文化中的缺失、"文化大革命"反文化的危害和多元文化撞击的负面影响.在全社会形成正确的荣辱观,要构建社会主义核心价值观,要发挥政府的主导作用和示范作用,要加强纪律、法律的保证作用.
