| 摘 要： | 民主问题是当前的热点问题,中国民主问题屡遭西方国家的指责。民主是一种社会制度,没有普适的民主。我们需要借鉴西方民主发展的成果,但民主建设只能走自己的道路。在此将通过三则寓言,对什么是民主、专制做出阐释,对民主建设提供有益的思索。无论正确与否,这种探索都是有意义的,这本身就体现了民主。
