| 摘 要： | 本文结合高校工作的实际,提出了贯彻落实"三个代表"的重要思想应深化校内管理体制改革和教学改革,抓好科技创新和制度创新;坚持正确的办学方向,培养高素质的人才;最大限度的满足人民受高等教育的需求,维护好师生的利益.并认为实践"三个代表"的要求关键在于加强高校党的建设工作.

| Abstract: | With the regard of the practical work in universities,the paper proposes that the implementation of "Three Represent's" theory should go along with the intensification of inner management and teaching reformation by means of scientific and technological innovation and systematic innovation.The university is expected to stick to the proper aim to run a school and to prepare qualified students,thus serving the educational purposes that people want and benefiting both teachers and students.The paper also has its emphases on the point to amplify the Party building in universities. |
