高科技企业知识型员工流失问题探究

摘    要:缺乏有效的激励机制和良好的工作环境、人才结构的不合理、员工缺乏对企业的忠诚度、竞争对手的诱引等是造成高科技企业知识型员工流失的主因。只有通过树立知识型员工的危机意识,利用企业文化留住人才,建立公平有效的绩效管理体系以及构建体现人才价值的薪酬制度等策略,才能减少知识型员工流失,增强高科技企业的人才吸纳能力。

Abstract:The main factors accountable for the knowledge-based employee turnover are the lack of effective motivation system,favorable working environment and loyalty to the company as well as the improper structure of talent and the lure from competitors.These problems can only be solved by creating a sense of crisis of the knowledge-based employees,retaining the talents through enterprise culture,and establishing some strategies such as effective and fair Performance Evaluation System and salary system that can manifest the value of the talent,therefore,the capability to absorb talent can be promoted.
