| 摘 要： | 科技资源配置不仅是产业配置,而且是战略性配置。本文以云南五大支柱产业科技资源产业为研究对象,在分析云南五大支柱产业科技资源规模水平的基础上,重点研究制约其实现优化配置的制度性因素,并探讨路径的选择。

| Abstract: | The author points out that the allocation of scientific and technological resources is not only an industrial allocation but also a strategic allocation. Taking the scientific and technological resources of Yunnan's five pillar industries as the examples, the author analyzes their scales and levels, especially the system-related obstacles in hindering the optimization of the allocation of such resources and discusses possible approaches. |
