| 摘 要： | 1992年春,邓小平同志发表南方谈话,标志着邓小平党建理论的成熟。2000年春,江泽民同志发表南方谈话,提出了“三个代表”的重要思想。两次南方谈话,两大理论创新,在马克思主义执政党建设理论的发展史上矗立起了两座不朽的丰碑。

| Abstract: | The "talk in the South of China by Deng Xiaoping in spring 1992 marked the ripening of Deng's theory of Party construction. The "talk in the South" by Jiang Zemin in spring 2000 raised the idea of the "Three Represents". The two talks, being both innovations in theory; constitute two eternal monuments in the history of the Marxist theory of ruling party construction. |
