肇庆学院俱乐部式乒乓球专项选修课改革实践

根据目前高等教育体育教学改革需要，结合肇庆学院体育与健康学院的实际情况，在乒乓球专项选修课教学中探讨了体育俱乐部式的教学模式，总结出“以生为本”和“个性发展”相结合、教师主导性和学生主体性学习相结合、评价体系和学习目标相结合等教学方法，并取得了较好的成效：激发了学生对乒乓球专项课的兴趣；全面提高了学生身体素质、专项技术能力和乒乓球教学能力；提高了学生的社会适应能力；使学生养成了终身学习与终身体育的观念；促进了教师自身专业能力的不断提高．

Study on the Reform of Club-model Special Optional Course Table Tennis in Zhaoqing University

Based on the need of P.E.teaching reform among higher education,combining the current situation of the College of Physical Education and Health of Zhaoqing University,a club-model teaching pattern of special optional course table tennis is analyzed,and a teaching method,based on the combinations of "basing on students" and "personal development",teachers’ guidance and students’ subjectivity,evaluation system and study objective,is summarized.Therefore,it stimulates students’ interest in optional course table tennis,improves students’ overall physical quality,special technique ability and table tennis teaching ability,increases students’ social adaptability,forms the idea of life learning and life exercise,and promotes teachers’ teaching ability.
