| 摘 要： | 高校学风的好坏直接关系到人才培养质量的高低。新时期，随着高等教育大众化程度的不断提高学风建设将必然成为各高校必须认真面对和亟待解决的问题。在分析高校学风建设的特征和建立学风建设长效机制战略意义的基础上．从五个方面拘建高校学风建设的长效机制。

| Abstract: | The study atmosphere of the colleges and universities has direct bearing on the quality of personnel training.In the new era,with the improvement of the popularization of higher education level,the construction of academic atmosphere will become to be the inevitable problems that need urgent solution faced by all colleges and universities.The characteristics of the times' academic atmosphere construction and the strategic significance of establishing a long-term mechanism of academic atmosphere construction are analyzed. Based on this,five aspects to achieve this are explained. |
