农民工教育培训中政府应然角色探讨

农民工教育培训的开展离不开政府支持，现阶段政府已成为推动农民工教育培训的主导力量，但也出现了角色越位、角色缺位、角色冲突和角色履行困境等亟待解决的问题。当前迫切需要明确政府在农民工教育培训中的应然角色扮演，政府既是资源的配置者、整合者，也是培育者，还是教育培训市场机制的维护者、社会公平的守护者，更是政策、制度障碍的消除者。

Discussions on government roles in the training and education of rural migrant workers

The training and education of rural migrant workers in cities is not likely to go without government support which is a leading force to push it forward. Given the problems such as role offside, role absence and role conflict, this paper proposes that the government play the roles of resource collocater and ntegrator, cultivator, protector of the market order and social justice, and remover of obstacles for policies and standards.
