| 摘 要： | 孔子是我国古代伟大的思想家、教育家。孔子在教育生涯中具有因材施教的思想和行为。从因材施教的提出、孔子对弟子差异的分析以及孔子因材施教的实例等几个方面,分析、论证了孔子因材施教的思想和实践。
