| Abstract: | The current situation of teachers and teachers＇ education in Singapore deserves to be studied, especially the teachers training model of the State Education Institute the only teachers training institute in Singapore. Singapore attaches importance to education. The treatment of teachers and the current situation of the training institute are improving constantly. The model and ways of its teachers training can be used as reference. |
