| 摘 要： | 理论法学的授课应正视理论知识的理论性、抽象性,突出其对法律人文精神的塑造作用。同时,理论法学知识的讲授也要注重理论知识的拓展性。通过营造宽容、多元、民主和严谨的学术气氛以及抓住其与实践的紧密联系使理论法学的授课更受学生的欢迎。

| Abstract: | The teaching of theoretical jurisprudence should take the theoretical property and abstractness into account and emphasize its function of shaping humanism of law.The author believes that in teaching theoretical jurisprudence more attention must be paid to the innovation of knowledge through assuming the atmosphere of tolerance,multi-variety,democracy and precision and knit the relation between theoretical jurisprudence and practical jurisprudence.Then the students will have interest in the teaching of theoretical jurisprudence. |
