| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代初，日本泡沫经济的形成和最终的破灭与日元高速升值期日本政府的货币政策有着直接的关系。人民币自2005年7月汇改以来步入了快速升值期，随后国内股票和房地产市场也迅速膨胀，出现了与日本泡沫经济前期类似的情况。通过对当时日本货币政策的研究我们得出了保证货币政策独立性、扩大内需等重要启示。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 1990s,the formation and collapse of bubble economy in Japan has direct relations with Japan's monetary policy in the period of rapid Yen appreciation.Since the exchange rate reform of July 2005,RMB has entered a period of rapid appreciation time.Subsequently,the domestic stock and estate market expanded rapidly,which similar to the earlier stage of bubble economy in Japan.Through the analysis of Japan's monetary policy at that time,we get inspiration that we should guarantee the independ... |
