教师创造性缺失的表现及原因分析

摘    要:从我国目前中小学教师创造性发展的现状来看,教师创造性发展中存在的主要问题是创造意识薄弱、创造空间狭小、创造精神不足、创造动机异化,创造目标错位。导致这些问题的原因涉及以下几个层面,教育者自身的原因、学校环境的影响、社会文化因素的作用。

Abstract:From the present situation of the teacher's creative development in primary and middle schools in China,the major problems existing in the teacher's creative development are: weak creation consciousness,narrow space for creation,insufficient creative spirit,creation motivation alienation,and creation goal malposition.The reasons causing these problems are concerned with the following aspects,the educator's own reasons,the influence of the school environment,and the social cultural factors.
