| 摘 要： | 在无政府状态下,国际行为规范是如何对理性国家行为体产生吸引力的?当一种国际规范同国家个体的利益存在潜在冲突的时候,国家还会对之感兴趣吗?在不存在一个自上而下的权威强制实施国际规范的状态下,国际规范是怎样自我实施的?本文从个体理性选择的角度阐述了国际规范对于理性国家行为体所具有的价值与功能,为理性国家行为体自觉遵守国际规范提出四种可能的个体功能解释:建立互惠关系、国内政治需要、发送可信性信号以及减少风险的需要。本文还解释了"虚伪合作"在国际规范实施过程中的作用,指出即使在无政府状态下,理性国家行为体仍然有可能自发地在集体层面实施国际规范。

On Value and Function of International Norms:An Individual Rational Perspective |

| Abstract: | Why are rational nation-states willing to observe international norms? How can international norms be put into effect in the absence of a central arbiter? Based on individual rational perspective,this essay puts forward a theoretical explanation of these questions.The anthor advances four possible variables which make individual nation-state interested in international norms.Special attention is devoted to illustrating the function of "Hypocritical Cooperation". |
