西部高校发展继续教育的模式研究与实践

紧密结合西部社会及经济发展的现实与需求 ,积极贯彻我国教育发展纲要中成人高等教育的重心是发展继续教育和岗位培训的要求 ,提出 :西部高校成人高等教育应将现有的以本、专科教育为主的教育体系逐步改造成为以大学后的继续教育为核心的高层次、高质量、高效益和高技术手段的终身教育体系的继续教育思路 ,构筑以开发人力资源为理论基础 ,“四个坚持”为特色 ,以满足西部大众切身需求、更新观念、促进科技成果转化为现实生产力作为继续教育切入点的“政企校”、“产学研”紧密结合的继续教育发展模式。

The Study and Practice of the Model of Continue Education Development in Western Universities

In order to satisfy the demands of the development of China's western regions, and implement the central idea of adult higher education in China's Education Development Program—to develop continue education and post training, this essay puts forward a proposal that the adult higher education should be transformed from the present education system which focuses on the undergraduate course and training school to a new educational system which focuses on the continue education after graduating from universities, the new education system be a whole life educational system which aims to train men with high level ,high quality, high efficiency and high technique. The model of continue education development is also put forward in the essay, which is founded on the theory of developing human resource, with the four principles of “persistence" as its characteristics, can fully satisfy the demands of western people to change the old ideas, and can promote the transformation from technical achievements to real productive forces. The model of continue education development is a close combination of “government, enterprises and universities " as well as “production ,study and research".
