论我国民办教育收费的原则性与合理性

民办教育是国民教育序列中不可或缺的重要形式,对国民素质的整体提升发挥着巨大的作用.改革开放以来,民办教育发展迅速,产生了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,但一些深层次的问题也相继出现.本文针对民办教育的收费环节展开讨论,在对收费方式一般理论讨论的基础上,分析了国家关于民办教育收费的政策环境以及民办教育收费的原则性与合理性关系,并以之为基础初步讨论了民办教育收费模式改进对策.

Principle and Rationality of Chinese Non-government Funded Education Fees

As an integral part of the national education system,non-government funded education plays a significant role in the enhancement of the National Quality.Since the reform and opening up,non-government funded education has achieved a rapid development,and created enormous social and economic benefits,but some deep-seated problems have also emerged.Based on the discussion of general theory of non-government funded education fees,this paper analyses the policy environment and the relation between the principle and rationality of non-government funded education fees.Based on the above-mentioned analysis,the paper raises preliminary solutions to the mode of non-government funded education fees.
