实用主义真理观与“人权高于主权”论

实用主义真理观重视“在后的效果”和把真理看作是经验或观念之间的联结 ,必然导致唯心主义。但这一理论却内化为美国人的价值观念 ,成为美国的精神支柱。“人权高于主权”这一论断就是实用主义真理观的典型表现 ,他们把“人权”实用化、抽象化 ,并把它置于“主权”之上 ,完成“人权高于主权”的理论论证 ,从而使之成为美国对外政策的理论基础。
