| 摘 要： | 在近十年中国宏观经济与金融发展背景下，回顾梳理1998～2007年间全国及长三角金融政策运用与金融体制调整情况，探究资金体系对实体经济的支持作用，认为长三角地区经济增长呈现出显著的资金密集型特征，且资金利用效率不高，究其原因，与我国以商业银行为主的金融体系密切相关。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews that the practice of financial policies and adjustment of financial system in the Yangtze Rive Delta area and the whole country from 1998 to 2007 in the context of a ten year macro economic growth and financial development. It explores the supporting role of the financial system on real economy. The result suggests that the economic growth in the Yangtze Rive Delta area is a capital intensive with low efficiency. The reason can be traced to the financial system which is mainly constituted by commercial banks. |
