Analysis of the Transaction Cost in Implementing Currency Policy

First,this paper gives the definition of currency policy,transaction cost,and the cost in implementing currency policy;then it analyzes the reasons leading to transaction cost from three aspects such as financial institution,psychological expectancy of microeconomic bodies and income distribution institution;finally,it puts forward the propositions on the policies.
