| 摘 要： | 政府对中小企业的政策辅导体系至少应包括支持大中小企业间的协作、社会化服务体系的建立、金融支持、创造中小企业高科技发展的良好环境、支持中小企业的市场营销等,这五个方面各有其存在的必要性.因此,我国也应建立包括企业间协作支持政策、社会化服务体系支持政策、金融支持政策、高科技支持政策、市场营销支持政策在内的政策支持体系,以促进中小企业的健康发展.

| Abstract: | The assistant policy on small and medium sized enterprises includes at least 5 aspects: assistance to cooperation between large and small enterprises; establishment of a social service system; financial assistance; establishment of a favorable environment to small and medium sized enterprises for high tech development; marketing assistance. This subject is dealt with from a theoretical angle and prove the necessity of the assistant policy carried out by government. So China should establish an assistant policy system including the 5 aspects to promote development of small and midium sized enterprises. |
