基于激光跟踪仪的自由曲面重构技术研究

摘    要:本文研究了自由曲面的三维重构技术.首先,利用一种新型数字化非接触式测量设备—激光跟踪仪扫描某飞行器局部模型,获得其模型的点云数据,在此基础上,利用CATIA软件的逆向造型功能对其点云数据进行了曲面重构;最后,利用CATIA软件的对齐及数据处理功能,对点云与重构模型进行了相关的误差分析.实验结果表明,该测量方法符合误差要求,对工业应用和生产具有较高的实用价值.

Abstract:this paper studies the free surface three-dimensional reconstruction technology.First of all,the use of a novel digital non-contact measuring equipment——Laser Tracker scans aircraft local model and get the point cloud data of the model,on the basis of this,the use of CATIA software’s reverse modeling function makes the surface reconstruction towards the point cloud data;finally,using alignment and data processing function of CATIA software makes relevant error analysis on the point cloud and reconstruction model.The experimental results show that the measuring method meets the error requirement and has a high practical value to the industrial application and production.
