| 摘 要： | 科技进步与人的全面发展的关系是辩证统一的 ,科技进步客观上要求人的全面发展 ,科技进步既是满足人们不断增长的物质文化需求的工具 ,也是推动人的全面发展的“助力器”。随着科学技术的进步 ,生产力的发展 ,作为最高层次需要的人的全面发展 ,会越来越成为一种社会的普遍追求。人的素质的全面提高 ,具有高度文明精神的新人的造就 ,是科学技术进步的直接目的 ,也是推动科学技术不断发展的动力和衡量科学技术进步的价值尺度

| Abstract: | At present the relation between technological progresses and person's all-round development is a dialectical unify.The technological progresses request the person to completely develop,meet the demands of people continuous increase in material and spirit and push person's all-round development.With the progress of technology and the development of the productive forces,person's all-round development will be a social common pursue.The direct purpose of the technological progress is to improve completely person's quality and educate persons to have the highly civilized spirit.Person's all-round development prompts technological progress and become the criteria to measure the value of scientific progress. |
