| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current status of the college and univeristy periodicals, it is pointed out that publishing collectivization is the trend of developing the college and university periodicals. The consideration of the development of periodical collectivization includes as follows: (1) Following in order and advance step by step, and developing the publishing collectivization gradually; (2) Running the periodicals by flexible and diversified firms; (3) Strengthening the Party's leadership to the periodical presses or groups. |
