高等学校教学管理规范化、科学化探析

摘    要:高等学校教学管理是一项时效性、计划性、政策性很强的系统工程。规范化、科学化的教学管理是提高管理效能和管理水平的重要途径,也是提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量的基础性工作。本文阐明了在当前形势下高校教学管理规范化、科学化的重要意义,提出了实行教学管理规范化、科学化的主要措施:(1)加强教学管理队伍建设;(2)完善规章制度与教学基本文件;(3)实行教学管理工作程序化;(4)推进教学管理现代化进程;(5)构建科学的教学质量监控体系。

Abstract:Teaching management at colleges and universities is a validity-based,plan-based and policy-oriented system engineering.Normalized and scientificaated teaching management is an important way to improve the management level and efficiency,and is a fundamental work to improve the quality of teaching and talent training.In this paper,the significance of normalization and scientification of teaching management in the current situation is highlighted,and the main measures of its practice are as follows:(1) to enhance the training of the personnel engaged in teaching management;(2) to perfect rules,regulations and basic documents about teaching management;(3) to manage the teaching with procedure;(4) to promote the modernization process of teaching management;(5) to establish the scientific teaching quality monitoring system.
