| 摘 要： | 加强金融监管 ,提高金融监管效率是事关银行体系安全、金融秩序正常、金融事业稳健发展的重大问题。改革开放 2 0年来我国金融监管取得了很大成效 ,也存在监管效率低下问题。提高我国金融监管效率必须明确监管目标重点 ,健全组织体系 ,实行综合性监管 ,讲究监管方法与手段 ,强化法制建设和加强金融监管国际合作

| Abstract: | Enforcement of financial supervision and enhancement of its efficiency are crucial for banking system safety, sound financial order, and financial stability and development. In the past twenty years of reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in financial supervision in China, but low efficiency still exists. Therefore, financial supervisory efficiency must be enhanced by making clear objectives and key points, perfecting organizational system, practising comprehensive supervision, well using methods and means, strengthening legal construction, and developing international cooperation. |
