| 摘 要： | 为了追溯文化的起源、内涵及其发展过程,运用定性研究和对比研究的方法,在论证文化在文明进步中的重要意义的基础上,进一步解释了文化的内涵和本质,进而阐述了高等教育文化建设和文化教育的发展思路,为培养具有人文精神的高素质人才提供了理论依据和借鉴。

| Abstract: | To pursue the origin,connotation and the progress of culture,qualitative and comparative research method was employed,trying to further demonstrate culture's connotation and essence on the basis of researching the significance of culture in the progress of civilization.The development of thought of culture construction and cultural education in higher institutions education is focused.It thus provides theory basis and reference for the education of high quality talents with the spirits of humanity. |
