| 摘 要： | 针对近年来中国经济学界出现的新制度经济学热和马克思经济学被边缘化的倾向,从《资本论》的文本出发,对马克思的制度经济学思想进行了梳理,并与新制度经济学的主要理论观点与方法进行比较,指出马克思的《资本论》是制度分析的经典,强调当今中国制度经济学的发展亟须汲取马克思制度经济思想的营养。

| Abstract: | Countering the tendency of institutional economics fever and the marginalization of Marxist economics,this article reframes Marx' s thought of economic institutions based on Capital' s original content.By comparing them to main views and methodology of new institutional economics,this paper points out Marx' s Capital is a classic of institutional analysis and emphasizes that the development of Chinese economics desiderates to draw the nutrition of Marx's economic thought of institutions. |
