| Abstract: | By applying thescientific paradigm theory as an instrument for theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a subject system of law and economics on the basis of the differentiating the paradigm theory of law and economics,the schools of law and economics and the economic analysis of law approach,and proposes a thinking on the establishment of an integrated,dynamic method of the economic analysis of law approach. |
