台湾政局演变与我们党关于解决台湾问题的战略思考

运用历史唯物主义的观点,深入地分析了台湾岛内政局演变和我们党解决台湾问题的方针。总体上看,５０年来台湾政局发展有利于“和”不利于“独”,但在“和”的道路上将是一个较漫长的过程。为解决台湾问题,我们党三代领导人进行了长期不懈的努力,并先后提出了“和平解放台湾”、“和平统一、一国两制”、“八项主张”等战略方针,特别是在世纪之交,江泽民同志从深刻而又复杂的国际国内形势变化中和中华民族的根本利益出发,明确地提出了“解放台湾问题要有时间表”的重大战略思想。

Taiwan's political situation and our party's strategic thinking of solving the Taiwan issue

Taking a historical standpoint to analyze the changes of Taiwan's political situation and our Party's poli- cy of solving the Taiwan issue. In general, the development of Taiwan's political situation over the last 50 years is fa- vorable to "Unification", not "Independece ". For solving the Taiwan Issue, three generations leaders of our Party made unremitting efforts. They put forward a series of strategic policies to solving the Taiwan issue, such as "Lib- erate Taiwan Peacefully", "Unite Peacefully" ; "One China, Two Systems" and "Eight Views". Before the turn of the century, Comrade Jiang Zhemin put forth the idea," We should arrange a timetable for solving the Taiwan Issue" on the basis of the interests of Chinese nations and the complex situation at home and abroad.
