| 摘 要： | 近年来关于女大学生就业的诸多调查数据说明,我国女大学生就业问题正在呈现出显性化发展的态势,政府对女大学生就业的政策支持因此尤为必要。从目前看,我国已经结束了对女大学生就业提供完全保障性政策的时期,而开始了积极支持性政策的实践,因此,积极支持性政策的建立与完善对于抑制女大学生就业问题显性化趋势有着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Currently,female university students' employment is becoming an increasingly striking problem.To solve this problem,the government needs to adopt and improve supportive policies and measures such as standardizing the employing units' acts of recruitment,drawing up detailed rules and regulations to deal with in time any employers' infringement of women's legitimate rights and interests,establishing a special employment guidance system for female students,etc. |
